2022-05-16. to photo # 07500052504 (White Wagtail)

If I'm not mistaken, this is Labidura riparia. Lives along the seashore, but not in the water.

2022-05-16. to photo # 07500052001 (Common Tern)

Robert Parker: Ah ok. Thanks!

2022-05-16. to photo # 07500051501 (Common Whitethroat)

Robert Parker: Ooops. Thanks.

2022-05-16. to photo # 07500052505 (White Wagtail)

Robert Parker: The last picture was taken a few seconds before. Maybe the crab was hanging from the bird's body (after it took a bath in the water) and then fell off?

2022-05-16. to photo # 07500052504 (White Wagtail)

Robert Parker: Wow! I didn't even notice that. I guess some kind of small crab?

2022-05-16. to photo # 07500052001 (Common Tern)

The Caspian Tern has a short and single-colored tail, without black at the edges of the tail. This is a Common Tern.

2022-05-16. to photo # 07500052504 (White Wagtail)

2022-05-16. to photo # 07500051503 (Common Whitethroat)

2022-05-16. to photo # 07500052001 (Common Tern)

Robert Parker: I don't know if the ID is correct on this one. I couldn't find a tern that matched all the characteristics I can see here.

2022-05-14. to photo # 07500050801 (Blyth's Reed Warbler)

Robert Parker: Thanks!

2022-05-14. to photo # 07500050601 (Paddyfield Warbler)

Robert Parker: Thanks. It's very hard for me to ID these warblers!

2022-05-14. to photo # 07500050801 (Blyth's Reed Warbler)

2022-05-14. to photo # 07500050603 (Paddyfield Warbler)

2022-05-14. to photo # 07500049301 (Golden Eagle)

Robert Parker: Sorry! I should be able to get that right!

2022-05-13. to photo # 07500049301 (Golden Eagle)

2022-05-04. to photo # 07500046402 (Glossy Ibis)

Plegadis falcinellus.

2022-05-04. to photo # 07500047901 (Egyptian Vulture)

Neophron percnopterus.

2022-05-04. to photo # 07500047901 (Egyptian Vulture)

Robert Parker: Thanks :-) Is the species correct? (Gyps himalayensis)?

2022-05-04. to photo # 07500047905 (Egyptian Vulture)

2022-05-04. to photo # 07500047101 (Caspian Gull)

2022-05-04. to photo # 07500047901 (Egyptian Vulture)

2022-04-17. to photo # 07500045502 (Common Pheasant)

2022-04-11. to photo # 07500044901 (Black Kite)

2022-04-11. to photo # 07500044902 (Black Kite)

Robert Parker:
ah yes, I was working quickly and I thought it was the same bird! Sorry.

2022-04-10. to photo # 07500044902 (Black Kite)

Red-rumped Swallow (Hirundo daurica)

© Anna Yasko

© Alexandr Fedulin
2022-05-04

The first registration in Central Kazakhstan and the farthest record to the east from the range and, possibly, the most northern one. In Kazakhstan, the Semi-collared Flycatcher occurs on migration off the coast of the Caspian Sea.

Eurasian Dipper (Cinclus cinclus baicalensis)

2022-05-18
